Bruker TruLive3D
The Bruker Luxendo TruLive3D Imager is a high-performance light-sheet microscope designed for fast, multi-sample 3D imaging of delicate live specimens in their native environments. Optimised for applications such as spheroids, organoids, 3D cell cultures, and small embryos, it excels in time-lapse and high-throughput experiments. Its optical design, featuring dual-sided illumination and single-objective detection from below, enables rapid acquisition, high-resolution imaging, and reduced shadowing artefacts.
Advanced illumination technology ensures highly uniform excitation. The system’s compact, vibration-free design provides exceptional stability for long-term imaging, and its proprietary piezo-crawler stages deliver precise, reliable sample positioning without the need for an air table.
With integrated environmental control, the TruLive3D Imager supports extended in vivo imaging over hours to days, preserving sample health while capturing dynamic biological processes. Its multiplexing capabilities allow simultaneous imaging of hundreds of samples, with optional chamber partitioning for parallel treatments, making it a powerful and efficient platform for developmental biology, drug response studies, and complex 3D cell dynamics.
