3i Marianas LightSheet Dual View with Cleared Tissue Objectives

The dual inverted selective plane illumination microscope or diSPIM is a gentle and fast way to image live, fixed or cleared samples. The diSPIM has two orthogonal arranged microscope objectives, one creates a lightsheet for illumination while the other collects and image.
